Let me take this opportunity to welcome you to yet another memorable event taking place in the Historic city of Natchez. The oldest African American neighborhood celebration "Minorville Jubilee" will take place July 29 and 30, 2000. I am happy to say that the Natchez Convention & Visitors Bureau is a proud supporter of our festival. The focus of the festival is to raise the level of cultural awareness while continuing to restore pride in our community. This can be your chance to help support the efforts of the organizing committee in making this a huge success. In honor of the 10th annual celebration we are asking you to contribute a gift to be used as a door prize or donation to be used toward the purchase of books, toys and games for the children. As a contributor you will receive recognition in our souvenir booklet and your name will be mentioned in all media listings as a major sponsor. Please call any of the numbers listed below if you have any questions or if you'd like us to pick up your donation. Whatever your gift it will be greatly appreciated. Please take the time to join us or send someone to help us celebrate. Sincerely, |
