Official Rules

  1. Chili must be cooked on site. You may chop veggies, etc., the night before, but you must cook everything on site.

  2. An entry fee of $25.00 will be charged for each pot of chili cooked and entered for judging.

  3. The chili you serve to the judges will be the chili you serve to the public for tasting

  4. Minimum amount of chili prepared should be 5 gallons.

  5. You may begin cooking on site at 6:00a.m. Judging will be at 12:00 high noon.

  6. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed inside the Main St. Marketplace or off of the premises. 
    NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7.   There will be ten places awarded by a panel of judges, three trophies and seven ribbons.
    There may also be several awards along with the people's choice and the bought votes awards.
